About Great Hadham Golf & Country Club

Great Hadham Golf Club was founded in 1993 and is developed on 240 acres of natural rolling farmland. The course is set in the beautiful undulating countryside of East Hertfordshire with spectacular panoramic views. Unusually for a course in Hertfordshire, it is laid out on meadowland, which perhaps explains its appeal amongst so many golfers in the region.

With the 18 holes totaling 6854 yards, the course at Great Hadham Golf Club is amongst the longest in the region and so will command your utmost attention. This will no doubt be music to the ears of the bigger hitters amongst you. However, whilst you will relish the opportunity to really let rip from the tees, be aware of the hazards that are scattered all around the course especially the well known long rough - stray shots very rarely go unpunished.

The club has excellent facilities including a 15 bay covered driving range , gymnasium and club shop that sells spares and undertakes repairs of equipment. 3 PGA professionals are available for group and individual tuition as well as video analysis. When you've finished your round, why not retire to the café and licensed bar for a well-deserved rest. The club welcomes visitors paying green fees and tee reservations can be booked online. The club offers a comprehensive range of unlimited play memberships and with the innovative iGolf membership also available there are membership styles to suit every one.

Currently under construction the club is adding to its extensive facilities with a 9 hole par three course. Not to be confused with a pitch and put, the new academy course will provide a real test to the short game. Each of the par 3 holes will have a choice of tees to test all ability levels. With high quality greens and large tee banks the par three course is designed for all year round play. Opening soon this par three course is sure to be a popular addition to the club.

In addition to the par three course the new driving range will feature target greens, top quality range balls and generous size practice bays. Supported by our 3 teaching professionals there will be no better place to hone your long game skills.
