BOOTCAMP: Is a fun and inspiring early morning workout that uses all of the country clubs facilities, whether working out in the gym, or playing in some of the 240 aches.

You could be power walking, jogging or taking part in a fun outdoor circuit class or perhaps even doing sit ups in the sunshine but whatever it is it will be motivating and you are guaranteed to get results.

So set those alarms early and come and give it a go. We promise you, you will be surprised by your results. 


Bokwa: Fitness is the new up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility to hit the Dance and Fitness Industry.

It is energetic, exciting, exuberant and exhilarating and consistently remains challenging, however is tailored for every type of individual to guide and assist with weight loss.

Zumba: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about.

It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Spin Circuits: A combination of circuit training and spinning, for an intense all-body workout to tone muscles, condition the upper body and burn calories.

Fitball: A 60 or 45 minute aerobic workout using a fitball to stretch, tone and strengthen the upper and lower body while enhancing stability and balance, improving posture and enhancing flexibility.

Step: An aerobic class using a step block combining cardiovascular and resistance work to burn calories, tone up and lose weight.

Body Conditioning: A muscle conditioning programme for the whole body, improving flexibility, improving muscle strength and burning calories

Body Flow: A dynamic workout, set to music, combining eastern disciplines like Yoga and Tai-Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais. Your body will flow through a series of poses, moves and stretches creating a holistic workout that will leave you feeling strong, revived and balanced.

Boot Camp, Circuits & Triple Challenge. 

Get fit, get strong, look great and feel great with our full body circuit based workouts. A combination of cardiovascular and strength exercises to build stamina and provide all-body toning.

X Bikes: A cardiovascular aerobic workout using state of the art Trixter spin bikes with variable resistance to simulate different cycling conditions. The unique handlebar movement creates an upper body workout to compliment the lower body workout for burning 50% more calories, improving stamina and toning quads and thighs, these intense 30 minute classes will give you the Ride of Your Life!    

Total Toning: A class for those who are looking to tone up, burn calories and lose weight. Exercises cover the whole body and will improve cardiovascular strength and flexibility.

Yogafit / Core: A combination of Yoga, Pilates and Body Balance to improve your general fitness level and tone your stomach and back muscles.

LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums): A class focusing on muscle conditioning exercises for the lower body. It will improve your muscle tone and joint stability, as well as burning calories and giving a much improved and desirable flat stomach.

Spirals: A class focusing on increasing flexibility and mobility whilst improving co-ordination and balance. Spirals will not only develop a strong, flexible, and well contoured body, but will also keep you fit enough to manage daily activities more comfortably
